Kayla Shawley: CEO

I fell in love with email marketing and how it allows you to intimately connect with your audience in my corporate marketing career.

And when I followed my dreams to start my own business, I realized that so many creative service providers and small businesses don’t know how to use email the “right” way. They’re putting in all the effort but not seeing very much ROI. And nobody has time for that!

My mission as an email automation expert is to help small business owners see the ROI that they deserve from their email marketing spend. It’s also important to me to advocate for accessibility and amplify women’s voices so they can do more, make more, and be more. 

When I’m not working, I’m traveling. My favorite domestic destination is Disneyland, though I plan on visiting all of the Disney parks across the globe. Oh, and to say I’m “team cat” is an understatement — I’m the cat mom to two of Shawley Marketing’s very best employees!

Binx

Binx joined the business in August 2018 and has become an integral part of Shawley Marketing. He wears many hats, but spends most days reminding the team to take regular snack and movement breaks. 

His favorite snack is potato chips and his favorite exercise is chasing insects (both real and otherwise).

Rebecca

Rebecca is Shawley Marketing’s Content Creator. Our clients love working with her, and she loves engaging in relationship building online. Rebecca also appreciates the endless creative opportunities this role offers her.


When Rebecca’s not working or learning, you can find her on YouTube, listening to music, or watching any TV show that’s less than three seasons long.

Pearl

Pearl is the newest addition to the Shawley Marketing team, and shares the Office Manager duties with Binx. 


So far, she’s turned out to be quite the micromanager. Pearl always wants to be around people, but keeps a distance because those claws might come out. It isn’t that she doesn’t like people….it’s just she very aggressively wants people to like her!
